Rob Staveland  Founder/President

Rob Staveland

Rob has over 45 years of construction experience, including 22 years as a general contractor — most of these years in Whatcom County. He is an expert in all phases of residential construction, from design to finish. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Depth Psychology from Antioch University in Seattle. He also obtained a Master of Arts in Psychology, with an emphasis in community issues, from Prescott College in 2002. Rob has been a leader in the Whatcom County green building movement since before it was cool.

All custom home and renovation projects are built to the highest quality, and Luke ensures that every detail meets our strict standards and the client's expectations. Luke has been project manager on dozens of green homes, including two LEED-H certified homes and the Millworks Cohousing Community. He is also a Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead and is versed in low-impact development techniques and strategies. Luke is always attentive to schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction. Everyone loves Luke.
