When Progress Meets Politics

By 2022 the county expects Bellingham to grow by 40 percent, sparking numerous debates about how to cope with the growth and maintain the green spaces residents treasure. Finding a balance between how many people can coexist in Bellingham and maintaining the quality of life to which residents are accustomed is not easy but does require public discourse.
